Moringa has been used in alternative medicine for thousands of years. It has many different healing properties that each person can use to promote their own health. I do not tire of saying - the Earth itself has given us everything to find healing from plants. Look at nature with your eyes open and you will find solutions there.

You can also use moringa or Moringa oleifera for self-healing. It is a wood, most of which can be used to make ground powder. You can find Moringa in capsules or super food mixes, to easily consume the power of this miracle tree. This tree is native to northern India and is one of the healing plants of Ayurveda. If you don't know exactly what Ayurveda is, I'll just explain it to you. Ayurveda = Indian traditional medicine that uses the healing properties of the plants in the area to stimulate the body and soul. Personally, I am a very big fan of Ayurveda and I use the healing plants there to keep my health in the balance, sharing my knowledge with everyone else who needs it.

I will do a long preliminary work on all the plants I recommend to you before I write to you about them. I can never recommend something which power I am not sure of and which I have not been used. But still, to whom do I recommend moringa and why?

Moringa can actually be consumed by anyone, it is great for both prophylaxis and strengthening the immune system, it has a lot of antioxidants that help the body fight cancer cells and block their growth. In addition, Moringa helps reduce inflammation in the body. Most people are unaware that their bodies are inflamed.

In fact, I recommend consuming moringa for those who really care about their health and want to stay healthy and heal in an alternative way. If you are already on my page and following my activities, then you definitely care about yourself!

What are the signs of body inflammation?

Constant fatigue, vague pain, mild illness, mood swings, increased pain sensation, the constant development of successive ailments, digestive problems, abdominal pain, bloating, headaches, etc.

If you have any of these complaints and have been for a long time, I recommend that you start reducing inflammation quickly. Moringa helps to reduce inflammation and I also recommend that you use curcumin, ginger and pau d´arco with it.


As I mentioned, moringa is an excellent source of antioxidants and an intense anti-inflammatory plant. Inflammation is an excellent environment for diseases to develop, and it is, therefore, necessary to provide the body with plants that help to reduce inflammation. Moringa is one of them. For prophylactic purposes, I recommend taking a moringa course once a year. This means you’ll use moringa for a month as a food supplement or, for example, in super good mixes. How you consume it is up to you.

In fact, I recommend consuming one specific Ayurvedic plant every month for prophylactic purposes, which has a cleansing and anti-inflammatory effect on the body and also contains high levels of antioxidants.

Useful trick: In the first-month use moringa, in the second spirulina, in the third bacopa monnieri, in the fourth rhodiola, in the fifth Cordyceps, in the sixth peppermint extract, in the seventh dandelion root extract, i nthe eight borage oil, in the ninth Sea Buckthorn oil, in the tenth chaga, in the eleventh garlic and in the twelfth milk thistle.


Moringa is not just a medicinal plant, it is a clean food for your body. It has a lot of nutrients that your body needs on a daily basis, for example, vitamin C, which the body needs daily and with every meal. Unfortunately, the story is that the people of Europe are far from eating as much vitamin C as the body really needs. This is due to the easily available ready meals, which are poor in vitamins and minerals (vitamin C is heat-sensitive, destroyed by heating). Due to the climate, we are not able to get an abundance of fresh plants all year round, especially here in the north. However, with Moringa, you can reduce your vitamin C deficiency in your body.

In addition to vitamin C, it also offers plant-based protein, potassium, calcium, zinc, iron, vitamins B2 and B6 (very good for the nervous system), vitamin A, magnesium and much more. It is possible to get more vitamins and minerals from Moringa from super good mixes, where its concentrate is higher.


If you have problems with the scalp not being clean after hair washing, it will get like residues and you can't wash your hair even with the most expensive detergents, then seek help from moringa. It helps to remove waste products from the body and stimulates blood circulation on the scalp. Moringa improves scalp breathing, protects against moisture loss and keeps hair generally healthy. In addition to hair health, it affects the rest of the skin in the same way, helping to say goodbye to skin diseases!


Anyone who does not have diabetes definitely wants to slip through this point. Stop! You need to read this! Did you know that any of us can actually get diabetes? Just as cancer does not choose gender or age, so does diabetes. It is a chronic disease that can be begged from life. This means that harmful eating habits can trigger this health problem. Moringa helps to lower high blood sugar and normalize its levels, helping to prevent diabetes.

Diabetes can be prevented by eating low-carb foods and with longer intervals between meals. For example, there could be a minimum of 10 hours between evening and morning meals, preferably 14 hours. The interval between meals should be a minimum of 3 hours, ideally 4 hours. The key, of course, is to remove carbohydrate-rich foods from the diet. Carbohydrates are converted into sugar in the body, causing great chaos. The most delicious carbohydrates are, of course, bread, black bread, pasta, cookies, chocolate, ice cream and all the most common cheat foods.


With the introduction of Moringa, you will gain a lot. For example, your mental body gets a lot of nutrients from it to stay stable. Moringa has a detoxifying effect, helping to get rid of heavy metal arsenic in the body, for example. Arsenic causes chaos in both the physical and mental body. Moringa helps cleanse the body of toxins, especially supporting the brain. Moringa could be one of the Ayurvedic plants used to stimulate mental health.

Moringa can fight bacterial and viral diseases. It strengthens the whole body's resistance to pathogens and helps to cleanse them of the body in order to build a strong immune system against future pathogens.

In addition to boosting the immune system, it is a great self-healing plant for asthmatics. It reduces allergic reactions, improves the respiratory system and helps asthmatics build better health. Moringa could be used prophylactically by asthmatics at least once a year.

In addition, moringa is also beneficial for cardiovascular health, for strengthening the kidneys, cleansing the liver, preventing liver blemishes from the skin, and especially useful during the summer to protect the skin from sun damage.

I recommend using moringa as a food supplement (moringa powder in a vegetable capsule, always avoid gelatin capsules for ecological and ethical reasons) or as a superfood mix in a smoothie.

The only warning I want to give about moringa is that moringa is not recommended for women who want to conceive. It has a blocking effect on pregnancy, preventing a woman's body from getting fertilized. However, for women who want to conceive and increase their fertility, I recommend consuming Siberian ginseng for at least six months.
